Ramesh Bais appointed as the new Governor of Maharashtra state
Ramesh Bais has been appointed as the new Governor of Maharashtra. He took oath in Marathi language at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai. Earlier, he was the Governor of Tripura and Jharkhand states.
Officially, Koshyari resigned as Governor of Maharashtra. CM Eknath Shinde was present at the swearing-in ceremony of the new Governor Ramesh Bais.
